Doug Marlow has been associated with Central Financial Group (CFG) since 1986.   He is a partner of CFG and became the co-general agent January of 2006.  In 2007 he was named President of the organization.

December 1, 1985 Doug began his career with Farm Bureau Insurance.  In September of 1986 he left there to join Randy Studer, a General Agent for Central Life Assurance Company, which became AmerUs Life and is now Aviva.  He ultimately became a partner with Randy.

Throughout his career, Doug has been among the leading producers for his company and was named AmerUs Life Agent of the Year in 2003. Doug specializes in life insurance and annuity products.  He also operates the property and casualty portion of CFG.

Doug is a native of Algona, Iowa and continues to reside there with his wife, Sandi, since 1984, and their two children, Eli and Emily.  Much of their time is spent watching their children in their many scholastic and extracurricular activities.  In addition, Doug is an avid golfer and enjoys boating, hunting, and fishing.
