Property and Casualty CSR and Office Assistant
Johnston Location
Central Financial Group, LC is currently seeking to fill a Property and Casualty CSR and Office Assistant position. This position is in our Johnston, Iowa office. This is a full-time position. M-F 8-5, are the normal working hours, there is some flexibility with the start and end times. In some cases, it is required to work outside of these hours.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.

Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID Cards, etc.)

Review, quote and issue Personal and Commercial Lines policies.

Utilize various computer systems to take premium payments, update and make changes to policies and service renewals.

Engagement with customers will be face to face, email and phone.

Must work well in a team environment.

Office Assistant duties includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and other general office support.

Qualifications and Skills:

Property and Casualty License Required.

Required experience in data entry (2+ years)

Detail oriented, organized, and analytical

Strong computer skills
-
Procedural in nature, with a mindset for problem solving
